Bulk & Custom Orders
Sharp gear.
Your way.
Branded workwear, uniforms and team kit for businesses and teams. Your logo, your colours, your garments, decorated in-house and delivered to your door. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it properly.
Who we kit out
Built for the way you work.
A hospitality crew needs something different to a civil site. We'll steer you to garments that survive your actual conditions, not whatever's cheapest on the shelf.
The range
What we can brand.
Mix and match across the range in a single order, there's no need to hit a minimum on every line.
How we decorate
Matched to the job.
We'll recommend the method that suits your artwork, garment and quantity, and tell you why the cheaper option would be a mistake if it would be.
DTF Printing
Full-colour prints heat-transferred onto fabric. No screens, no setup fees, no minimums — ideal when the artwork is detailed or the run is short.
Embroidery
Your logo stitched into the fabric. Premium, three-dimensional and built to survive industrial laundering — the standard for uniforms.
Sublimation
Ink bonded permanently into polyester. Vivid all-over colour that never cracks, peels or fades — the only real option for full-coverage designs.
The process
Enquiry to delivery.
Tell us what you need
Fill in the quote form below. The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate the quote comes back.
Quote & mock-up
We price it properly and send a digital mock-up so you can see your logo on the actual garment before committing.
Approve the sample
On larger runs we produce a pre-production sample. Nothing goes into full production until you've signed it off.
Produce & deliver
Decorated in-house, checked, packed and shipped, split across multiple sites if you need it.
Volume pricing
The more you order, the less each one costs.
Setup is a fixed cost, so it spreads further across a bigger run. If you're near the top of a band, it's often cheaper per unit to go up to the next one, we'll flag it when we quote.
Bars show the direction of unit cost, not actual prices. What you pay depends on the garment, the decoration method and how many logo positions you need, which is exactly why we quote rather than publish a price list.

Common questions
What's your minimum order?
It depends on the decoration method. DTF printing has no minimum at all, one item is a real order. Embroidery has a setup fee but no minimum charge and sublimation are more economical from around 10–15 pieces because of the setup involved. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight with you about whether the quantity makes sense.
How long does a bulk order take?
Once artwork is approved, most orders run in a standard production window that we'll confirm at quote stage. Large or multi-line orders take longer, and stock availability on specific garments can affect it. If you've got a hard deadline, say so in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Our typical timeline is 1-3 weeks for bulk orders, with a target of within 2 weeks.
Can we get a sample before committing?
Yes. We send a digital mock-up with every quote so you can see your logo on the actual garment. On larger runs we produce a physical pre-production sample and nothing goes into full production until you've approved it.
One off samples are available to order if required.
What artwork format do you need?
A vector file is ideal; AI, EPS or a vector PDF. If all you've got is a JPEG or PNG we can usually work with it, and if it's not good enough to print or stitch cleanly our designer will redraw it (design fee may be applicable depending on complexity). Send whatever you have and we'll tell you where it stands.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Close, yes. Give us your Pantone or hex references and we'll match as accurately as the process allows. Embroidery thread and print inks have their own colour ranges, so there's occasionally a small variance, we'll show you on the mock-up before anything is produced.
Can we mix garments in one order?
Yes. Polos for the office, hi-vis for the yard and caps for everyone can all sit in the same order and the same quote. You don't need to hit a minimum on every individual line.
Can you deliver to multiple sites?
Yes, we can split an order across several addresses and send tracking for each. Let us know the breakdown when you enquire and we'll build it into the quote.
Do you do repeat orders?
Yes, and they're faster the second time. We keep your artwork, digitised embroidery file and specifications on record, so a reorder is usually just a matter of confirming quantities and sizes.
Not sure where to start?
Send us your logo and a rough idea of what you need. We'll come back with options, a mock-up and a proper price.
